Lots of hate towards Google it seems. I've personally never had any issues with Google AdSense, not quite sure why they're doing that to you guys. My personal site doesn't generate too much revenue from Google AdSense, but I've never ran into any issues. If all else fails you can try sending a letter of inquiry to Google at one of their many headquarters, or even try talking to them about it over the phone if possible! google.com/intl/en/about/company/address.html
