So it appears ProjectPew has been whitelisted for what I am assuming is quite some time now (although I could be wrong, it's just an assumption), and I really wish to go back on it. Could anyone explain why it appears to be turned "off"? Perhaps an update or similar reason?

That is the hard part. You're going to need to contact the youtuber manually (I believe) and get them to write permsission, and I think that youtuber will have to personally show them it. If it's a famous youtube you're probably out of luck there. I might be wrong, but i'm about 80% sure that is how it goes.

A solution you can try is going to the games settings and setting it to be a window. So it's not full screen, then set the recorder to only record the window. On my LP, I recorded scribblenauts. That is a full screen game, but I had to make the window very small to record. However i set up my recorder to only record the window, so it looks good on youtube. Sometimes it's just something you'll have to do. I'm serious, the window literally took up maybe 1/10 of my screen. (pretty tiny).

If so, have a program to recommend me? I would like to get started on that subject for my future job. UPDATE: The operating system is preferably windows 8, but I have a pc with 7 too. I want it for the big editing. Ex: Editing someone flying away into space or something. Like the stuff movie producers use, since it's my dream job.

This is very confusing, so I am going to take a wild guess here and say maybe it is because of a new youtube update. I would just suggest setting the video to private, so when it uploads nobody can see it, then add the thumbnail or anything else, and set the privacy back to public. There you go! It's all I could think of, hope it helped!
