Hey bros! I'm having a little trouble with a program that I am using to produce Youtube videos. I use Camtasia Studio, which from my understanding does not have 60fps rendering capabilities. Does anyone know of a program or programs that can create a video in 60fps?? Thanks for the help.

I just need a program that will take a recorded clip(recorded with GeForce Experience in 60fps) and crop and edit into a video that is also 60fps. The program I have now only can output 30fps.

I don't need the Fraps because I have a recording software, but I will look into Premiere. Any other programs that render videos into 60fps?
