I'd say something like super speed but... If I'm still stuck with my mere human body, I'd die on the first try so...
Teleportation is ruled out, considering you can't actually see where you're going and you'd have to memorize a lot of coordinates just so you don't insta-die the moment you materialize.
Flying is ruled out 'cause.. Human body and air traffic...
All knowing would just make you depressed and time travel would create a problem if you ever bump into yourself or anyone you might know in the future (if they're like, but you were just somewhere else, and why do you look much much younger (or older)?)
Stopping time would also mean that you'd age faster then anyone else around you and that would just suck.
Maaan.. If it's in this realm and reality, a lot of the 'fun' powers would have major consequences that I simply don't want to happen...
I guess I'd go for biological manipulation.. Then you could be anything you'd want to be (or turn others into anything you want them to turn into) and be totally fine.
