What does that application do exactly?
If it has no purpose, delete it. -
This doesn't necessarily mean there's an issue with your Runtime, it can mean the application has a bug in it. What is the application?

That error appears randomly wheter I'm browsing on the internet wheter I'm playing minecraft

I was watching a video on youtube and the error suddenly showed up i.imgur.com/qCif4Ar.jpg It's the illuminati icon... I swear this is the most annoying thing that ever happened to me since I'm using computers
It appears as JFI.exe is the problem.. I don't even know what that is -
So, I've googled it and the only thing I can make up is that it's used by Windows itself. I don't know what it's for, it seems to appear in C:\Windows too.

It appears that the illuminati like you.
Good luck now. -

Run Malwarebytes (malwarebytes.org/) over it. Apart from that, maybe try googling the issue specificly related to whatever programs you're using (just check your task manager for processes that might cause this).
Can't really say much else, remote diagnosis is always kinda tricky. Apart from that I don't have the time for googling right now, haha. -
