Many people have many different ways of feeling emotion when something goes wrong. Some people cry, some people isolate themselves and hold it all back. Me? I get angry. When I feel like that, I can feel it in my throat, in my chest, not a pain; just the caged feeling of pure rage just trying to escape from my ribcage. There are few people who make me feel like that, luckily; but unfortunately the people who do make me feel like that are around me almost all the time. If you also get angry like me, how do you deal with it? I'm personally resorted to doing sit-ups, or punching walls. It helps, but what about in public? How would you calm yourself down then?
