Sony Vegas Pro 10 or Video Pad PRO?
Which one is better?
I made a video of Sniper Elite V2 demo, a montage, transferred it into .avi and edited it and rendered it in Video Pad Pro, the video turned out to be low quality with a shit ton of dead pixels.
Answer the upper question and this one.
What format conserves the best quality for a video? Im asking cause I want to put 720p videos on Youtube. -

For 720p you need to set your project size of [ 1280x720 ] .
Don't use the video pad pro if it makes the quality low , and ofcourse - Sony Vegas! -
Is there a quick learning video for Sony Vegas PRO 10? Since I bought it, I need it :3.
Is there a way to slow things down and stuff? Im thinking of making a sniper montage again. -

And for my last question.
.wmv or .avi?
i personally prefer .wmv because the file size becomes essentially smaller and its a good enough quality video related its a .wmv file :3
it ended up being 196 mb where the raw .avi files where like 4 gb

.mp4 and to have a slo-mo video. Crop the part you want it by using a trimmer, put it on the time line. hold ALT (not sure if it's alt or shift or control) then make the vid longer by dragging the right corner part farther. -

Smaller size. -
(Sorry for double post! Are those bad here?)
Well, I tried with all 3 MP4 codecs that come with Sony Vegas. Granted that they render faster than WMV because they render in streamline (frame-by-frame. WMV renders in X frame chunks, where X is the frames per second.), the file size was.. not great. Where a 1440x1080 30fps 3Mb p/s WMV was around 125MB, the same settings for an MP4 gave a file size of 948MB. I dunno, I think I'll just stick with WMV, since over the years it's proven to be the smallest file size for me (sans MOV, but I don't want to buy QuickTime.)
Also, I'm liking Sony Vegas.. I can get a copy of Vegas Pro 10 from my college for around $200. Was considering trying premiere, but it hasn't worked on Windows XP for the past three versions.. Vegas it is! -
Bandicam is great.
