    • Collecting feedback: Page problems (mostly browser related)

Since we are currently applying a few changes here and there, post in here if you notice problems with how the page works and loads. Post the browser you are using, what you were doing on the page and more information to describe your problems.
      Thanks!
    • I'm using Google Chrome for Mac: Version 23.0.1271.97 and it's up-to-date.

Every now and then, but now, more frequently, the page keeps hanging itself, displaying an "Aw, Snap!" message, but it's only ever on this website. The pages seems to load faster, but with all the crashes, it's notstable enough to be called... good.

I also use Safari for Mac: Version 4.0.4 (6531.21.10), it's not up to date, but it's an emergency browser if 'the shit hits the fan".

It's much more slower than Google chrome, but more stable.

So, i'm sort of stuck in limbo...
Fast browser, unstable or slow browser, stable?

    • The crashes have nothing to do with SPDY actually. These happen browser side since the ads at the bottom of the page are loaded asynchronously. To accomplish this a "virtual browser" is created, which loads the javascripts after the html page is already loaded. However, probably because of the redirects in the ads, it sometimes hangs itself and times out. Firefox tends to handle this better than Chrome.
Turning this feature off would increase the onload time drastically, but I'm already thinking of a proper fix.

    • Something else comes up when i connect to Pewdiepie.net on Chrome.

"Your connection to pewdiepie.net is encrypted with 128-bit encryption. However, this page includes other resources which are not secure. These resources can be viewed by others while in transit, and can be modified by an attacker to change the look of the page.

      The connection uses TLS 1.1.

The connection is encrypted using RC4_128, with SHA1 for message authentication and ECDHE_RSA as the key exchange mechanism.

The connection does not use SSL compression."

      Any ideas?
