Thanks Cirno. I believe I'll end up making a new channel down the line anyway, because I've had problems with my account since I opened it in 2011 when you logged in with a username rather than your email address. I've been having headaches ever since.
Btw, I received this reply on the Google Groups. I hope it helps anyone else who is having problems, since I couldn't care less about revenue (If I do ever get big I'd rather just do donations and merch sales heh).
Okay, so when you initially applied for Adsense you must have submitted a blog or website URL and it wasn't approved.
Most probably, the easiest way for you to get an Adsense account will be to start a new channel (a second channel, you don't want to delete your current channel or email).
The second channel will only be used to get your adsense account approved, you won't have to keep uploading videos or anything to it.
First thing you need to do is open this second channel using a NEW/DIFFERENT email address than you used before. The email you use to set up the new channel can't be associated with any sort of old application for Adsense.
Once you open the channel, you can upload a single video suitable for monetizing and wait a couple of days (or maybe even hours) for YouTube to enable that channel for monetization.
Once it's enabled, go to you the monetize tab and look for "how will I get paid" and click that link. That will take you to the adsense application for you to complete.
Once you get the approval, you can link the Adsense account to your current channel (the one you really need to have an active amonetize tab on) following the instructions for linking a YouTube Channel and AdSense account that have two different emails (because your first channel is registered under a different email than your second, and the second channel will be the one the adsense account is registered on).

I have a question
Recently [ 4 days ago] ive started uploading videos on my channel.
But at the end of the video , i have like a outro with the song Madeon Finale
Is that copyrighted or is allright to place it in the video. -

I would try finding videos that are listed as copyright free. There is quite a bit of variety out there. I use one in my outros

Can I still get partnership with my adsense account disabled?

Oh yes, about partnership. Well I uploaded like 30 videos now and there's Youtube Partner listed under my channel name on video manager even though I didn't monetize or anything. -
1. Yes. Just dont claim your videos and turn off showing ads.

Well you could check it on your youtube account.
First you sign in and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Then you click on HELP, type in "About the Youtube Partner Program"
Read what's below the first paragraph or you could just read the whole thing if you want.
For me, it says:
-the program has launched in your country;*
-you upload original, quality content and are monetizing at least one video;
-your video content complies with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and you have reviewed our copyright education materials;
-you meet the criteria to become a partner.
I suck at explaining but I hope this helps

If it's gonna be a long pdf, you should sell it through Amazon Kindle
otherwise known Kindle Direct Publishing. I'm not kidding either, your

I will not sell the download , but I will ask for a donation maybe (also in the e-book) . I don't care about the money really and I hope these tips just make people happy enough so they can do the thing better they want to do.

Thank you so much !!! People are not always evil ;)sometimes they really dunno what is appropriate and what is not.You also have to consider that doing lets plays is lots of work and usually you want to show off all the work you put into something
