Tbh I drink.
But there's something to be said for long bubble baths, good food, good books and videogames.
And depending on the type of sadness drawing helps too. But when I'm actually depressed the creative bone in my body is broken. -
when im sad i cry alot i mean as a person we need to let things out that makes us feel stuffed. just like food,
and after you let it all out.. you're good to go again, i admit im not a strong person.No princess is fast enough to transfer to another castle. -
I like to watch pewdiepie, play video games, and depending in the level of sadness, sit on the floor by my closet and weep

I often draw and listen to either PMD Explorers Piano piece No. 7 or I listen to PMD Explorers "In The Hands of Fate". Those songs have always been a sort of catalyst for me to get all my frustration out and speedily move towards serendipity. Quote Oogway from Kung Fu Panda, "Your mind is like this water, my friend. When I'm sad, (to be perfectly honest) I cry about what I'm sad if it's serious, think about it, tell myself it'll be better, then maybe watch some YouTube videos to cheer me up.Time to interact with other bros.

It depends on this situation. Sometimes I cry, sometimes I get really angry about it. I either listen to music, watch PewDiePie, or talk to my boyfriend about what's going on. I try to look on the positive side and really just become un-sad.What are this?

I go to McDonalds ask something for 5€ which I give her 4.99 € with 0.01 cents.
After I wait 5 minutes till she ends counting, I give her my ATM Card because of the 0.01 cent left.
She gets so mad, its actually hilarious. -
If I'm sad sometimes I know that I just need to get it out my system so I will put on a sad movie or find sad YouTube clips and have a good cry.
Other times I go hang with friends or family and they cheer me up pretty quickly! It's horrible to be the grumpy/sad one in a group of mates so I find myself perking up by just being around happy people.
I also found that when I worked in a shop and as a waitress that going to work would cheer me up. Sounds strange but because you have to pretend to be happy for the customers, you end up forcing smiles etc that eventually become real because your body starts to release endorphins. It's kind of like a mind game with your own body but honestly used to work for me! -
i remember that homeless guy , the kids and womens in wars and the people who are suffering to protect their country so then i feel better or listen to some music

I would write it on paper and crumble it then throw it to the trash (this is rarely works for me) or I eat chocolate (reduce stress/sadness/depression and it's really effective!) then I go to sleep. Whatever comes in my life, at least I should get something out of it (like learning from it or in bad things, there's still good). Life moves on.. why wasting your time with those craps? I'm extremely sensitive and I do care a lot but I realize there are many people/things out there ready to make me feel better and FABULOUS
One more thing is that I watch Pewds or other Youtubers - this is extremely effective.
Hugs can be effective too, you know!

I mostly watch youtubers when I'm sad, and if it doesn't lift my spirits up, I reread game of thrones, then binge watch pewdiepie Vida for the rest of the day lol

Grab a fluffy and warm thing or friend and cuddle the shit out of it while drinking some hot chocolate.
Maybe watch some funny vids after it, works everytime.
And if nothing helps, just cry.
