If I'm troubled or upset about something I usually can't get my mind off it no matter what. So I will most often try to approach the problem and get through it, though if it's something I can't fix I will just end up with a sad feeling of despair. Regardless of which it is I probably won't leave the house for a while, withdrawing from people in general except for close friends and family while trying to get through it. Music is a key factor, and perhaps a movie or two if I'm able to look past whatever is upsetting me for that short time-span. But trying to run away from the problem is a definite no-no, so it's all a matter of forcing myself back on track.
