As an ex-bodybuilder (hate myself for it being "ex"), I could give you advice and tips, if you require such. I did not only work out in a gym, but I did street workouts too, which turned out to be better than any gym. I basically started with street workouts and when I gained enough strenght I decided to hit gyms, in order to get the form right. Long story short, I got ripped for about couple of months to a point where even people I don't know asked me if I work out. (not bragging, just helping) Basically, what I'm trying to say is that if you're motivated enough and absolutely dedicated to that goal, you can achieve it easily. One thing though - NEVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE TAKE ANABOLS, PROTEINS, PILLS, SHAKES, L CARNITINE or such shit. I NEVER took ANYTHING, even though I was offered a million times, and still managed to get buffer than any of my friends, with which I was going to the gym. Even though I haven't worked out since about 2 years now, I'm still in great shape, although I lost quite a lot of weight and my muscules have become weaker, but still I'm in decent shape. That's what you'll get, if you don't take fake shit to speed the process of growth. Exercise is a long and painful process, but the results are worth it. So, I'm here, anything you want to ask, go ahead.
My goal for the perfect summer body 2013.

I wasn't planning on taking any form of protein shakes or whatever, just the natural stuff. I'll remember if I need any help, thank you alot!
I feel more motivated than ever I really want to do this :D. I have always been insecure about my body and now is the time to change that. -

I wish I had moer like a personal trainer, ofcourse we can ask the trainers at the gym for help and stuff, but that's just for everybody, like we don't have people who follow you more personal and stuff, I wish I had that more but yea.

Well, I just came back from the gym again,
Did some shoulder / traps, and biceps / triceps tonight.
And I might be actually getting to a point where I start to feel more confident about my body.
Actually this is one of the few times I am. Maybe I'm cheering too early but there are some slight changes to my body noticable so. -

Yep, I started when I was about 14. -
doing weights for 2 or 3 years doesn't make you a bodybuilder

It doesn't matter if I don't fit in the terminology. What's important is that I achieved and I learned, thus can teach. -
So I went to the gym yesterday but I had a shitty day at work so my motivation was below zero.
Did do some benchpress wich went pretty good and some more chest exercises. After that i did some triceps but then I didn't feel like doing anything so I went home.
I hope tomorrow goes better ._. -
