Film student in need of some help from some BROS.

Hi bros, I'm currently in university study a Bachelor Honours in film. I'm in need of help as I'm starting to write scripts for short and full length feature films. I'm just wondering what you bros like to see/genre preference in film, perhaps inspired by games. This can go from Westerns straight to the terrifying Slenderman.

I'd just like to know what type of films you love, story/genre wise and what you'd love to be seen made into a film!

Personally for me, a well shot comedy film with jokes that aren't afraid to "go there" wins me over every time.
Four Lions being a perfect example of such a film, me and my dad were crying with laughter at that film :p

Well, I love me a movie that is totally fucked up. I mean, FUCKED. Like House of 1000 Corpses fucked, Not exactly scary but makes you go "Oh my God..." :D

Have you ever seen Advent Children? It was based off FFVII (which I loved) but I could never get into it :\

Advent Children is related to what happened 2 years after the events of the game

An awesome film, imo .. But still, i'd love a film based off the story of the game itself (x

I like horror. But it would have to be like... with a major ass twist. Like. The killer is actually the... family cat. Or something.

PS: I didn't see the inspired by games... but oh well?

I would advice you to write a mytery script. Something like the Stephen King books ;).
I also love creative plots. I saw Premium Rush one week ago and it was a pretty fresh idea. I would love to see something like that combined with good comedy
