I would write it on paper and crumble it then throw it to the trash (this is rarely works for me) or I eat chocolate (reduce stress/sadness/depression and it's really effective!) then I go to sleep. I don't have a Steam account but just let you know, I just wanna comment because this thread makes girl gamers proud! Playing games with girls is boring sometimes (no offended) and I rarely get a good amount of time ( like 1 or 2 hours straight) to play with my boyfriend (as well as other boys).
