Wow the writing is really well done, and it is very interesting thus far. The only thing that confuses me is when you talk about it being on a screen, maybe because its only the first chapter, and the answer hasn't come yep. Other than that I think you did a really good job, and should definitely try to work more on it now that you have the motivation to. I always wanted to write books, never did, then lost my passion for it.

I found I was pretty shy for my first few videos, but the more you practice the better you get. Try saying what youre thinking aloud when playing a game. If you still find yourself to be too shy for sure try doing more co-op things if you can, until you get used to talking in videos, then try one by yourself.

I personally just prefer when people do a quick talking intro to that specified video, they are super easy and take no extra effort, plus they make the intro more personable, as apposed to the same intro every video.

I pretty sure if you go into your video manager you can see the flag and possibly dispute it if you think it is wrong. The best thing to do is google "How to dispute a flag on youtube" there are many youtube tutorials and helpful things through google.
