  • what to name your subscribers

    Godafoss94 - - Chat Box

    Post

A name for your subscribers should 'grow'out of your subscriber base itself. Also, you should try to come up with ideas for your videos yourself. It's your channel, after all.

The choir area in Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Ffffffffffuck that mate.

  • Yogscast Sips's videos, whatever he does.

  • I'm very nervous for the result. I really, really hope that my channel will be picked, but there's just so much competition that the chance I'll be picked is very small. And whoo world record! \o/

  • Your Weaknesses and Fears (Phobias)

    Godafoss94 - - Real Life

    Post

I'm scared of wasps and I have a really intense fear of heights. Standing on a balcony on the second floor already wrecks me sometimes. My current tutor group meetings at uni are on the 18th floor, and probably will be the entire year. Needless to say, I'm not a fan of the location.

  • I've always wanted to be an actor or rockstar. Still my dream, though I've pretty much given up on it. With Youtube though, I feel like I can still partially make that dream come true (entertaining people from all over the world), so that's why I really love making videos. I think it's absolutely fantastic if you can make people from all over the world smile and possibly make their day just that little bit better.

Got sent to junk mail folder here as well. Though I'm used to checking that folder if I can't find a mail that I was supposed to receive in my inbox.

Orcs Must Die! for me. Loved the game, but I haven't played it in about half a year even though I hadn't finished storymode yet. Still need to do that sometime.

  • Quote from Keizaron: “Quote from Godafoss94: “I Wanna Be The Guy. Managed to complete it on hard and got about halfway on very hard, though.” I couldn't even get past the punchout boss fight. And that took hours to get to. :(” At a certain point, you get used to jumping and timing (and you learn what stuff will kill you). I managed to get quite a bit past the first boss on impossible (no savepoints) once. xP Then again, I've played IWBTG for quite a big amount of hours, so it's only natural. Mot…

  • Looking for a mic.

    Godafoss94 - - Technology

    Post

Blue Snowball and Blue Yeti are both really good mics. I personally use the Blue Snowball because when I needed to buy a new mic (because my old one broke), I didn't have enough money for the Yeti. Snowball's quite a bit cheaper, but they're both really good.

  • Are you still you?

I am not the kid who I was when I was younger, yet I am still 100% myself. People change throughout their lives, that is completely natural. I am who I am, and if people like me, that's great. If they don't, then that's unfortunate, but I won't change just because some people want me to be different. Luckily though, I was raised to treat everyone with dignity and respect, and that attitude is something that will (hopefully) always be a part of me.

  • Ever since I was just a little kid, I have always wanted to be an entertainer. Whenever I played games, I'd put all my plushies on boxes etc, creating some kind of cinema, so they could watch me play games. Fast-forward a few years, and you have 13-year old me recording stuff in GTA: San Andreas with a friend, pre-pubescent Dutch commentary and all of that on a crappy mobile phone camera. Fast-forward some more years, and there you have 18-year old me, watching let's plays on Youtube and decidin…

  • Just stick around the forums for a month or so before you retry. My thread got rejected as well, when I submitted it I didn't know you had to be an active forum member haha. But these forums seem nice anyways, so hanging around for a while should be fun. Don't make it your main goal to make a thread about your channel here, because if that's the case, you've come to the wrong type of forum. (truth being told - I joined this forum mainly for the shout out competition. But the community here has v…

  • Pewdies Facecam

    Godafoss94 - - Help

    Post

Quote from Bundyclan: “Not any longer, he uses a real camera to record himself (the reason for the great facecam quality).” This indeed. In one of his videos, you can see the camera actually lying on top of a stack of books, haha.

  • Can't sleep yo, HALP!

    Godafoss94 - - Real Life

    Post

Just try to create complete silence in your mind. When I am thinking about stuff in bed while I just want to sleep, I just think "silence...." until there's actually no sound in my mind anymore. And then it's fairly easy to fall asleep. :]
