System requirements are the same as any source game, and it is completely free. I will either release it as a SourceMod or hopefully I can find a way to make the standalone not so big (The HL2 .vpks are pretty big, also I'm pretty sure you can't release them, you might have to download Source SDK 2013.)

A word of advice, don't use Unity if you want to have a good looking game, or one that doesn't have FPS issues. Sure, you can make it look good, but that requires a lot of programming yourself, (not a big team, I see), especially if you want to use higher quality models, and lighting. I would offer to help but I am currently working on a game myself. Might I advise UDK or SourceSDK? Both free, and much better in my opinion.
