Hm, interesting... I figured the word "Descent" was a normal everyday word like vacuum or sunlight and copyright wouldn't be a problem. Needless to say, I'm very new to the whole copyright thing and not very used to the various laws. I searched for "Descent" in the US copyright records and found A LOT of different books, movies etc. which contained the word. I don't think this is going to be a problem since I'm not selling my game, just giving it away for free to anyone who want to play it. But …
