I am terrified of bee's, wasps and hornets. One morning I woke up, opened my door and there were about 500 wasps buzzing around. Better yet.... I had a sprained ankle. So all I could do is close my door and go through a crawl space that lead up to the porch.

Focus on something, a video game, work, a hobby, anything you enjoy doing give it your complete and undivided attention. That's worked for me in the past.
