I just use fraps to record both in game sounds and my voice, along with the video, that seems to work fine for me (It syncs automatically so you don't have to mess around with it) ... but I guess it's just whatever you like really but it does take up 4gb per 3 mins... so i think it's best to record on to a 1tb external hard drive dedicated to recording.

I don't do anything when I'm sad, I just do everything as normal show no emotion and just compare my life with the lives of others who are worse off than me, the first part only helps with me mentally the other half helps in most other ways... so usually I stop being so sad after that...
