Did you try using CaptionTube? Eh.. Actually CaptubeTube is not a program but a site that can put captions in your Youtube Videos and then when your video is publish, the viewers have the ability to disable/enable captions on your videos. But if you really want to put Subtitles.. well I don't know any program of it. So.. Can I have a question why do you want to put a subtitle on your video anyway?
