My opinion would be to be imaginative and creative, able to always think of things to say, have decent to good quality microphone/equipment and to have a clear voice, there are some people out there who know english but their accent makes it difficult to understand them (one of them is from the Bro Army sorry but I just have a really hard time understanding him )

Awesome stuff! the SCP ideas are amazing really.. so much amazing ideas that make really creepy stuff. I am planning making a small SCP game myself (wont be like fancy or whatever.. the idea is to scare. and that it will do.) But these are good! I love SCP ideas in Amnesia, they work quite well strangely
