It is actually a very good PC, you have a nice processor, bit old but that's made up for with the 6-core 3.2, I'd say you should definitely upgrade your RAM, I have 16Gb, but I do a lot of video editing, so maybe for you 8Gb would be enough

I'd say it looks good apart from maybe try to get 1600MHz + RAM and also possibly a better graphics card, but even at this it should run those games on Medium settings
