I loved Dead Space for the story. It wasn't for the spectacular writing but because it was easy for me to follow and get into. The game also had a great overall atmosphere although it's not my favorites. Graphics wise nothing to be honest. I enjoyed TERA Online a lot back in the closed beta. The combat system and visuals make it my favorite MMORPG. There's also the Elin race which I adore and admire for the reason that it's quite unique as well as daring. I played Conquer Online in the old days too but I enjoy it more for the nostalgic reasons, not for the gameplay or overall quality. It's rather awkward really. I have been on YouTube since 2006 and I went from under 100 to over 200 in couple of months by making a parody of Minecraft. My suggestion is to make a video about something popular within the theme of your channel. Play new video game releases and such. But honestly there isn't any magical solution to spike subscribers up for sure.
