I've been going to the gym in the past year (not monthly or weekly to be fair) and i started just because i wanted to lose weight. Like you i started benching with ~30kg and i got to 70kg as today Advice, just i never took any supplements, only food and i never been on a diet or something, just avoid fat and sugar and drink only water most of the time and its all good Ps: i went from 98kg to 82kg
