I personally would envision the perfect YouTube to have the old front back. The old front actually showed a lot of new content, smaller channels and such. (basically agreeing with XXLRay) If you go on YouTube today, the front page is filled with Conan, Jamie Oliver show etc All big TV personalities, that have come to YouTube, and ofcourse other bigger YouTubers.
