Soooo... About the Calzone... :))) It's basically a pizza folded in half. It can consist of anything you like! The main recipe is "prosciutto cotto" (baked ham) with mozarella and tomato sauce, but I prefer the "Calzone Bomba". This one has a little bit of everything. And no, i'm not italian... :))

Have you ever eaten a Calzone? Definetely the best pizza.
