I can understand wanting your channel to reflect better on your video releases, but if you do want you keep your name, you unfortunately have to deal with the your creation date. I'm glad I took the time to warn you, though! Would have been terrible if you deleted and found out you couldn't choose the same name.

Just a fair warning though! If you want the same name, DO NOT DELETE. You cannot get your channel name back. Once a name is chosen, it can never be chosen again. I learned this by trying to use a channel name that apparently didn't have an existing channel, but it was unavailable--I found out that it was because someone had chosen the name in the past and deleted the channel.

My biggest fears include terrible weather (strong winds/tornadoes, hurricanes, really severe thunderstorms), insects, falling from high places (but I'm not afraid of heights--just falling)... I'm also not the biggest fan of pitch black darkness either.
